Warranty Policy

W.M.D. makes every possible effort to assure that its equipment meets the highest standards of quality and durability. The company warrants that the machines, components, and accessories shall be free from defects in workmanship and material and will be inspected prior to shipment. The warranty period ends 1(ONE) YEAR after date of purchase by the end user. W.M.D.'s obligation under this warranty shall be exclusively limited to repairing or replacing (at W.M.D.'s option) products, which are determined by W.M.D. to be defective upon delivery F.O.B. (return freight prepaid by customer) to W.M.D. and on inspection by W.M.D. This warranty does not apply to defects due, directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or unauthorized repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance or to items that would normally be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear. In no event shall W.M.D. be liable for death, personal or property injuries or damage arising from the misuse of its products.

Warranty Procedures

To take advantage of this warranty, please follow these procedures:

  • Call W.M.D.'s Customer Service and ask for an R.G.A. (Return Good Authorization) number;
  • Return the defective product or part prepaid, along with proof of purchase (or invoice to the end user) with the R.G.A. number clearly marked on the box.
Warranty items MUST be received at W.M.D.'s facility before any replacements are sent out. If inspection reveals a defect, we will repair or replace the item and return the item at our expense. Any warranty return sent collect or COD will be refused.

Returns

All merchandise return for refund is subject to a 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE with no exceptions. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition and original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase date. The freight charge of the original shipment will also be due. In order to return a product or a part, please follow these procedures;

  • Call W.M.D.'s Customer Service and ask for an R.G.A. (Return Good Authorization) number;
  • Return, prepaid, the product or part with the original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Any returns sent collect or COD will be refused.

Freight Damaged Goods

This warranty DOES NOT cover any freight damages incurred during shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to file any and all claims with the freight carrier.
